My 3 y/o son like going to Al's barbershop in downtown Los Altos. Al is great with kids and has a Thomas the Train he can play with. It isn't the most precise haircut, but he's fast which really helps.
I misread this as “first professional wizard”, and saw a picture of him wearing a teal magician's cape… ;)
