Update: Thomas has been upgraded to an open crib as of yesterday and he appears to be staying warm. It also appears that his reflux issues have been resolved as he has not had any spit ups and that he's tolerating laying flat on his back or on his side (he had been laying with his head elevated and on his belly to keep his food down). He's up to 4lbs. 13oz. and he's doing well with his feeds. Really, the only thing left for him to do is to learn how to nipple feed for all his feedings before he can come home.
